What is a Teddy Bear Village Party?
A Teddy Bear Village Party is where a group of friends gather to make their own Teddy Bears. Our parties are hosted for all sorts of events such as Birthdays, Communions, Graduation from schools, or just for friends to have a fun time together.



How long does a Teddy Bear Village Party last?
Each party typically lasts for one and a half hours. This is designed to leave some time in case you want to have other celebrations such as food and drink.



What Happens at a Teddy Bear Village Party?
At the start of a party, each guest chooses their own Teddy Bear skin and joins in the fun of bringing their new friend to life. Under supervision, guests will stuff their Teddy Bears, add a heart or even a record their own sound to go inside the Bear. The opening in the Teddies will then be sewn closed.

Throughout the party, games will be played to entertain guests who have already had their bears closed, or are waiting for their bears to be closed. Age appropriate games will be played to make sure that the guests are kept occupied for the full duration of the party.

At some of our Partnering Play Areas, we can offer face painting too!



What is the minimum that each guest will receive at a Teddy Bear Village Party?
As a minimum, each guest will receive a Teddy Bear of their choice, which they will have made themselves, A Teddy Bear Village carrying box for their new friend and a Birth Certificate. They will also have received Stuffing and a Heart to place inside the Bear.



Will there be any surprises at the party?
YES!! If it is a birthday party, the birthday boy or girl will receive a surprise for their Teddy Bear. There will also be some surprise gifts as prizes for some of the games.



Do you have any Party Invitations?
Yes we do. Once you schedule a party and we receive your booking deposit, you will receive special Teddy Bear Village Party Invitations to send to your guests.



Where can I have a Teddy Bear Village Party?
We can host a party at your home or at the location of one of our Play Area Partners. Please contact us for a list of Partners in your area.



What type of Party can I have?
You can customise the party to suit the needs of yourself and your guests. You can decide to use our staff to supervise the party or you can supervise it yourself. Each guest must receive a Teddy Bear, but after that you can decide if you want to add accessories such as recordable sound modules, clothes from our extensive range or even whether some or all of the Teddy Bears are placed in our very attractive latex gift balloons.



Who will supervise the party?
We can supervise the party for you or you can supervise it yourself.



How many Teddy Bear Village staff will attend each party if it is held in my house?
This depends on the number of guests. When hosting a party at your house, we aim for a minimum of 1 staff member for every 5 guests. So if you have 12 guests, we would recommend 3 staff members attend. This ensures that all guests are kept entertained while not involved in the making process.



What is the cost of a party?

Once again, that depends on your choices for customising the party and also on the numbers of guests. Some examples of costs are shown on our party costs page, but the exact costs will depend on your requirements. Please call or email us for a quote.



How do I schedule a Party?

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require a €100 deposit at time of booking. The balance can be paid on the day of your party.



What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and cheques. We can accept cash but only by prior arrangements.

If you are paying by credit card, we must receive the credit card details at least 24 hours before the party starts.

If you are paying by cheque, we must receive full payment at least 5 working days before the party.
 
Please let us know if you wish to pay by cash and we can make appropriate arrangements.



What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the party starts will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the party starts will require forfeiture of the €100 booking deposit.

If you have to cancel your party less than 48 hours before the start and you reschedule for another date and time, then you will not lose the booking deposit.
